Description
Smaller quanities available upon request, but for pick up only.<p>Call me, 731-614-2518(Mike), if you need to talk. We've been in the mill business for over 60 years. Have had our own dry kilns for over 10 years. 2,100 bd ft of kiln dried 2 common & lower grade cherry. As cherry, walnut, soft maple, & birch although harwood lumber are still soft enough so as very few defects such as knots, etc. will not be jerked out when surfacing leaving a hole to fill. 1,500 bd ft will be heavy 8 feet with some 6 feet. 600 bd ft will be 10 feet. Widths will be 6 inches or wider with some 4 & 5 inch possilbe. 2 common & lower grade on these hardwood species are ideal as defects gives wood character combined with lesser expense versus high grade in same species. 2,100 bd ft @ $1.35 plus shipping. If we had our Weing molder installed & running we would make hardwood flooring leaving defects in as gives wood character & would sell at a lot higher price. As you can see from pics some lumber is going to have defect free material where you can cut the defects out leaving clear cutting if you want to cut defects out. Lumber is not finish surfaced 3/4 in picture. Lumber is skip surfaced 15/16 ready to go thru a finish planer or molder.
